• Respond to and prioritize internal and external calls with courtesy and professionalism.
• Coordinate on-call team communications and document the encounter per site protocol.
• Monitor alarms and security systems and notify appropriate responders as needed.
• Route calls and arrange language line support, documenting call details and time.
