Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in customer service or dispatch/switchboard operator preferred.
• Computer and data entry experience with Microsoft Word, e-mail and internet communication is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle prompt telephone communications with external and internal callers.
• Provide paging announcements and manage the paging system and hospital alarms.
• Greet visitors and provide information to patients and staff per policy; collaborate with care teams, security and facilities.
