Qualifications

• Experience handling a multi-line switchboard.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all incoming calls via the hospital switchboard.
• Answer and announce Code calls and monitor alarms/CCTV as required.
• Assist Patient Registration with clerical tasks per department policies.
