Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with answering multi-line phones or switchboards preferred.
• Ability to work under stress and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in hospital environment and flexible hours.
• Experience dealing with the public and customer service.
• Discretion with confidential information to comply with HIPAA; read/write/speak English.

Aufgaben

• Monitor all incoming calls to the hospital switchboard and announce Code calls.
• Monitor alarms and CCTV as required for the hospital and others.
• Assist the Patient Registration Department with clerical duties as needed.
• Follow policies and procedures established by the department and hospital.
