Baptist Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support hospital staffing operations. The role focuses on monitoring staffing, coordinating coverage, and maintaining accurate timekeeping and attendance across departments.

Responsibilities include real-time data management, supporting the command center, and ensuring smooth staffing adjustments in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital leaders. This is a full-time night-shift position based in Louisville.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience with Symplr/API MyTime is preferred.
