• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing across the hospital and identify current and anticipated coverage needs.
• Coordinate staffing adjustments with nursing leaders, House Managers, and the command center.
• Support staffing systems and ensure real-time data accuracy.
• Maintain attendance, call-in documentation, and timecard processes.
• Provide administrative support to Nursing Administration and assigned departments.
