Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conducts regular interior and exterior patrols to ensure safety and security, and reports hazards.
• May be assigned to a stationary post to deter visitors and control access.
• Assists patients and visitors by providing information and directions within the facility.
• Performs routine lost and found pickups as needed.
• Performs foot patrols of parking areas and coordinates with Contracted Security as needed.
• Issues parking violations/towing notes and maintains a 12-month violations database.
• Monitors traffic, reports safety concerns, and coordinates with LPS Sergeant as required.
• May perform a medical standby in emergencies if needed.
