Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Healthcare security certification (CHSO) from IAHSS preferred or required within two years of appointment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Wisconsin/Illinois security certifications may apply; do not delay hire for certification.

Responsabilités

• Provide security services with a professional, compassionate approach per policies and training.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas, identify hazards, conduct safety and security checks, and manage patient valuables.
• Respond to incidents, de-escalate threats, and assist with emergencies and crowd/traffic control.
• Liaise with law enforcement and first responders; document incidents with timely reports.
