Allied Universal® is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations at a hospital complex. You will guide a team of security officers and supervisors, schedule staffing with AI tools, and coordinate with clients to protect people and property.

Responsibilities include managing payroll, performance, client relations, incident response, and ensuring compliance with site standards. A high school diploma and security experience are required; college degree and additional certifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of security officers using AI-powered technology, meeting contract hours and minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead, coach and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, site standards, safety and inventory management.
