Job summary

Allied Universal® is seeking an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide security officers and supervisors, and ensure exceptional service for clients. The role focuses on managing scheduling, developing teams, fostering client relationships, and overseeing incidents and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of security management experience in hospital settings, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or using personal vehicle for business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team and building client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary contact and ensuring high-quality service protecting people and property.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
