Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring an Account Manager to lead daily security operations, guide a team of officers and supervisors, and deliver exceptional service. You will drive scheduling with AI tools, strengthen client relationships, and ensure safety and compliance across multiple sites.

You will oversee payroll, performance, and employee relations while coordinating with clients on security incidents and site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years in security operations, business operations, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet contract hours and minimize unbilled overtime
• Lead and develop security teams, including hiring, coaching, payroll oversight, and performance management
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact to ensure high-quality service
• Respond to emergencies and escalated incidents, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms/equipment)
