Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered tools to meet client hours and minimize unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance and employee relations.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service and safety of people and property.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; coordinate with clients and internal teams.
• Oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory management (uniforms, equipment).
