Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a Patient Flow Manager to lead a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include applying patient transport knowledge, coordinating dispatcher and transporter activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies.

You will train staff, monitor operations, and support the unit director in budget management.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospital environment and/or patient transportation.
• Analytical ability to interpret statistical data and trends that impact operational activity.
• Basic computer skills with Windows OS; ability to troubleshoot common system issues.

Responsabilités

• Manages a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters in a hospital setting.
• Applies knowledge of patient transport concepts, infection control, and body mechanics.
• Coordinates dispatcher activities and transporter scheduling; develops service agreements.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, JCAHO, OSHA, and CDC regulations.
• Trains and develops staff at all levels; monitors performance and costs; supports budgeting.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
