Qualifications

• Basic computer skills; Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Patient Flow Coordinators and Transporters within a hospital.
• Develops dispatcher logic and oversees transporter activities.
• Coordinates Patient Transportation with other departments and develops service agreements.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA, CDC).
• Trains and develops dispatchers, transporters, couriers, drivers, and elevator operators.
