Advocate Health Care in Chicago seeks an on-site Guest Services Associate to welcome visitors and patients, provide directions, and support hospital operations. You will answer questions, coordinate with clinical teams, and assist with transportation and visitor services.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, with Spanish bilingual skills preferred, and strong computer skills including Excel. Candidates should be able to work weekends/holidays as needed.

• 2 years of experience in a customer service position, preferably in a medical setting.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to greet and assist visitors.

• Greet and welcome each visitor, providing superior customer service.
• Answer questions and guide patients and visitors to destinations.
• Obtain authorization before directing visitors to locations per protocol.
• Ensure transportation equipment (wheelchairs, walkers) is available as needed.
• Provide information on tests, procedures, wayfinding, and visiting hours.
• Enforce visitor safety using policy guidelines and BOLOs where applicable.
• Coordinate with departments for transportation, dining, hotels, and personal needs.
• Assist with special programs and services such as parking and travel assistance.
