Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Guest Relations teammate for the 11601 Non Enterprise Corporate - Parking location. The role includes coordinating team activities, orienting new staff, and handling patient and guest inquiries with professionalism.

Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays, 7am–7pm, totaling 24 hours weekly. Strong communication, PHI awareness, and basic life support certification are preferred. Compensation aligns with hospital benefits and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to type 60 words per minute and operate standard office software.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient population growth and development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate activities of assigned teammates.
• Orient new teammates and provide ongoing training.
• Attend staff meetings and huddle sessions.
• Provide courteous information to patients, healthcare team, and guests.
• Assist guests with directions and hospital amenities.
• Explain policies to families and promote open communication.
• Respond to emergencies and document services provided.
