Advocate Lutheran General Hospital is seeking a friendly Guest Services Associate to welcome patients and visitors, provide directions, and support a seamless hospital experience. This full-time role works 40 hours per week with a 2:30pm-11pm schedule and rotating weekends.

Responsibilities include escorting guests, assisting with wheelchairs, campus shuttle operations, and coordinating with safety, patient transport, and volunteer teams to ensure timely, compassionate service.

Competenze

• High School education; 1–3 yrs Customer Service experience.
• Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.

Mansioni

• Greet guests entering the hospital and assist with way finding.
• Escort patients and visitors to destinations, including wheelchair support.
• Provide campus-wide patient transportation, shuttle service, and courier duties.
• Support Public Safety and Volunteer Services as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and HIPAA compliance.
