Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Full-time Guest Services Associate at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, IL. The role focuses on greeting guests, assisting with directions, and providing wheelchair and transport support throughout the campus.

You will work 2:30pm–11pm with rotating weekends, on-site, 40 hours per week, and benefit from Advocate Health’s comprehensive rewards. High school diploma and 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School education.
• 1-3 yrs. Customer Service experience.
• 1-3 yrs. Hospital or Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet hospital guests and provide way finding assistance.
• Escort patients, families and visitors to destinations; provide wheelchair assistance.
• Assist patients/visitors into/out of wheelchairs and provide transport support across the campus.
• Provide shuttle service and campus-wide assistance with patient transport, specimen delivery and valet services.
• Receive incoming calls and provide information regarding patient location and campus resources.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness, assist with logistics and events as needed.
