Advocate Health Care is seeking a Guest Services associate at Advocate Lutheran General Hospital to greet guests, provide way finding, and escort patients and families to destinations. This role includes wheelchair assistance, shuttle service, and coordination with Volunteer Services to support information desks and campus operations.

The position requires 1-3 years of customer service experience, high school diploma, strong communication, and a valid Illinois driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Greet all guests entering the hospital and provide way finding assistance.
• Escort patients, families, and visitors to destinations and assist with wheelchair mobility.
• Provide shuttle, valet, and transportation support across the campus and main hospital campus.
• Coordinate with Volunteer Services and Guest Services to support information desks and flower/paper deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and uphold HIPAA privacy guidelines during interactions.
