Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years experience in housekeeping preferred.
• Able to operate small electrical equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English for essential job activities.

Responsibilities

• Scrub, strip, polish and refinish floors using appropriate equipment.
• Analyze floor or carpet conditions and determine cleaning techniques.
• Maintain hard surface floors and carpets per department process.
• Demonstrate initiative by taking on additional tasks as needed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in good repair and keep work area safe.
