Job summary

Concord Hospitality seeks a Front Desk Clerk to be the hub of guest interactions at the hotel front desk. You’ll be proactive, responsive, and caring to shape a positive guest experience.

You will assist guests, check them in/out via computer, and coordinate with various hotel departments to resolve issues while upholding Concord’s service standards. Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle guest issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests efficiently, courteously and professionally at all times.
• Answer phone calls and check in guests via computer system.
• Maintain a high level of service and hospitality.
• Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction.
• Process guest charges and cash handling procedures.
• Handle guest mail and messages with privacy and professionalism.
• Be knowledgeable of hotel brand programs and promotions.
• Communicate with other departments and management about guest needs.
• Respond quickly to calls, visitors, and front desk requests.
