The role requires 4+ years in a facility maintenance capacity within healthcare settings, EPA Universal Certification within 12 months, and applicable state licensure. Strong communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience with HVAC systems, boilers and refrigeration equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 12 months of employment.
• Licensure: Boiler/HVAC/Refrigeration where applicable; specific state licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, and building infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe working environments and quality facility operations.
• Read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints; document work and communicate with customers.
