Mercy is hiring a Facility Systems Technician to operate, maintain, and repair boiler, HVAC and electrical/plumbing systems across Mercy facilities. You will support hospitals, clinics, and related sites with minimal supervision and ensure a safe Environment of Care.

The role requires 1–3 years’ relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and compliance with licensing/training like EPA Universal Certification and fire door/stop programs. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of commercial HVAC, boiler, and refrigeration equipment experience.
• Valid driver’s license for Mercy locations.
• EPA Universal Certification and fire door/fire stop training as required.
• Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions.

Responsabilités

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, and facility assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication to Mercy locations.
