Mercy seeks a skilled Facility Systems Technician to operate, maintain, and repair boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, plumbing, and related systems across Mercy facilities. The role emphasizes customer service, safety, and minimal supervision to support a safe Environment of Care.

Experience in facility maintenance (1–3 years) and licensing requirements are preferred; strong communication skills and the ability to obtain necessary licenses within set timeframes are required.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of commercial HVAC, boiler, and refrigeration experience.
• Valid driver209s license and ability to obtain licensure as required.
• Strong communication with customers and team; able to follow instructions and read technical manuals.

Responsabilidades

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, and physical plant infrastructure.
• Provide service to Mercy facilities including hospitals and clinics with minimal supervision.
• Ensure a safe working environment and support an exceptional Environment of Care.
• Achieve high-quality work while managing time and materials cost-effectively.
