Job summary

Mercy is seeking a skilled Facility Systems Technician to operate, maintain, and repair HVAC, boilers, refrigeration, and related systems across hospitals and clinics. You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and execute preventive maintenance while upholding Mercy's Environment of Care standards.

The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial experience with HVAC, boilers and refrigeration equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification within 12 months of employment.
• Excellent communication to interact with customers and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and repair electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, and physical plant assets.
• Resolve repair issues with minimal supervision while ensuring safety and quality.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support an Environment of Care across Mercy facilities.
