Job summary

Mercy is seeking a highly skilled Facility Systems Technician to support hospitals and clinics. The role requires advanced knowledge of boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, control systems, plumbing, and related trades.

You will resolve repair issues independently with minimal supervision and help maintain a safe, high-quality care environment. Strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years commercial experience with HVAC, boilers, and refrigeration equipment.
• EPA Universal Certification required or to be obtained within 12 months.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical/plumbing systems, movable equipment, and facility assets.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with hospital teams.
• Complete training within specified timelines and ensure safety standards.
