Mercy seeks a skilled Facility Systems Technician to operate, maintain, and repair boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical distribution, and associated systems across Mercy facilities.

The role requires licensure (various per location), 1–3 years of commercial HVAC/refrigeration experience, and strong communication skills. It supports hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities, ensuring a safe Environment of Care and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of commercial HVAC, boiler, and refrigeration experience.
• Requires valid driver's license.
• Boiler operator licensure requirements depend on location.
• Able to read and interpret technical manuals.
• Basic math, measurement, and repair calculation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair electrical and plumbing systems, movable equipment, and facility components.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with customers.
• Support hospitals and clinics to maintain a safe Environment of Care.
• Complete required trainings and certifications within stated timelines.
