Qualifications

• Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience Customer service experience preferred. 0-1 year preferred.
• Must be able to read, write legibly, speak clearly and understand the English language.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients, family/visitors, and staff in a polite and welcoming manner.
• Screens patients/visitors per hospital procedures and provide information/directions.
• Enforces entrance policies including masking and visitor restrictions.
• Responds to inquiries with accurate, service-oriented information while protecting patient confidentiality.
