Qualifications

• Computer skills and demographic/insurance data entry competency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain MVH registration system with accurate patient information.
• Verify, enter, and confirm patient insurance details.
• Cross-train to cover switchboard/ER greeter and mailroom tasks.
• Deliver courteous, professional patient interactions per guidelines.
• Process payments via Cash Tracker and collect co-pays.
• Protect patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with hospital departments to streamline registration.
