Responsabilités

• Answer all incoming calls and connect calls promptly.
• Dispatch requests and enter them into reporting systems.
• Assist physicians, patients, and staff with information and transfers.
• Provide patient location information and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor and respond to emergencies and alarms as needed.
• Maintain on-call schedules and documentation in the system.
• Communicate issues to leadership and coordinate with departments.
