Responsabilités

• Operate multi-line telecommunications and switchboard systems to receive, process, and route calls accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as the first point of contact for callers by determining inquiries and providing information regarding hospital services, departments, locations, and resources.
• Utilize overhead paging, mass notification, and communication systems for messages and emergencies.
• Assist callers with information requests, referrals, class registrations, and other support services.
• Coordinate with clinical, administrative, and support personnel to facilitate patient care and emergency response activities.
• Document communication activity, maintain logs, and report issues to leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• May support routine, urgent, and emergency communications for patient care and safety.
• Monitor security, fire, and life-safety alarm systems and follow escalation procedures.
