Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phones and route calls for hospital departments and public inquiries.
• Screen and process requests for patient location and physician information.
• Coordinate transfers and overhead paging as needed.
• Document emergency codes and incidents per established protocols.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and weather alerts and take appropriate actions during emergencies.
