• Experience in medical setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond, prioritize, and navigate all internal and external calls promptly and courteously.
• Coordinate language and sign language interpretation requests.
• Monitor alarms and respond to emergency codes per site policies.
• Document calls, on-call statuses and outcomes; update hospital directory as needed.
