Job summary

Mission Hospital is seeking a Dispatch Operator to manage internal and external communications across switchboard, pagers, PA and radio systems. You will route calls, respond promptly to procedures for emergencies, and coordinate access and maintenance requests.

The role involves monitoring CCTV/alarms for hospital facilities and ensuring timely information flow to Maintenance, Shuttle and other departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• One year experience on Microsoft Windows with competency testing preferred.
• Certifications or courses related to Windows improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage hospital communications via telephone switchboard, pagers, PA systems and radios.
• Route calls to the proper extension and respond to emergency code procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms for Mission Hospital and off-site facilities.
• Provide work orders for maintenance and access requests.
