Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and connect calls to appropriate recipients.

• Assist physicians, patients, families, and staff with calls, paging, and information.
• Activate and follow emergency paging procedures and codes as needed.
• Maintain on-call schedules with clinics and departments and update systems.
