Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Hospice Visit RN for the NOC shift in Richland, WA. The role delivers compassionate, patient-centered care during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring symptom management and continuity of care for hospice patients in their final stages of life.

The ideal candidate holds a WA RN license, has 2+ years of nursing experience (preferably hospice/oncology), and can work independently with strong communication skills within the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Current and unrestricted Washington State license as Registered Nurse.
• Minimum two years of post-education nursing experience, preferably hospice, palliative care, or oncology.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure in urgent situations.
• Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in using EMR systems and intermediate computer skills.
• Safety Sensitive role requiring pre-employment drug screen in WA.
• CPR/BLS certification and WA Food Worker Card.
