Job summary

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking a Compliance RN to provide clinical oversight for hospice regulatory compliance, documentation quality, and survey readiness. You will conduct chart audits, review eligibility, recertifications, and CMS requirements, and lead education for staff while partnering with leadership to implement corrective actions.

The role requires a WA RN license, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with active licensure in Washington State or nursing compact license.
Experience in hospice care with focus on regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and audits.
This position will work Monday through Friday daytime hours, hybrid in-person/remote depending on agency needs.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must pass pre-employment drug screen in Washington State.

Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight to support hospice regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
Conduct clinical chart audits and reviews of eligibility, recertifications, physician narratives, and face-to-face documentation.
Identify clinical risks that could lead to survey findings or payment denials and recommend corrective actions.
