Job summary

Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Washington State.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Proficiency in EMR systems.
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel for in-home services.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen including cannabis testing in WA.
- WA Food Worker Card issued by WA Dept of Health.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing within the agency for hospice patients.
- Ensure continuity and quality of care during a 13-week temporary assignment.
- Coordinate in-home patient and family support across service areas.
