Job summary

Tri-Cities Chaplaincy is seeking an in-home Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate nursing care in patients' homes within Benton Franklin County. The role focuses on symptom management, comfort, and teamwork with a dedicated care staff to support families through end-of-life care.

The ideal candidate holds WA RN licensure, an associate degree in nursing, and excellent communication. On-call duties include two holiday shifts per year; on-site travel is required.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington State
• Associate Degree in Nursing is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be available for on-call shifts, including two holidays per year
• Pre-employment drug screening including cannabis in WA state

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality hospice nursing care in patients' homes
• Manage pain and symptoms with compassionate support
• Provide emotional and family support as part of the care team
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
