Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing or related field.
Minimum of two years hospice sales experience with a proven growth record.
Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external teams.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is required.
Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Develops and executes territory growth plans to achieve referral targets.
Cultivates relationships with physicians, payors, and community agencies.
Makes effective sales calls and presentations to targeted referral sources.
Acts as liaison between referral partners and the agency for program information and service delivery.
Meets with patients and families to discuss home care needs and expectations.
Maintains referral source profiles and logs daily activity and follow-up plans.
Participates in marketing efforts to educate the healthcare community about hospice services.
