Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years hospice sales or related industry with growth record.
• Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft programs for communications, presentations, tracking, and spreadsheets.
• CRM experience preferred.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes territory plans to achieve growth goals and strategies.
• Develops relationships with providers via sales calls and presentations.
• Serves as liaison between referral sources and agency.
• Promotes hospice programs to physicians, facilities, and community agencies.
• Ensures timely reporting and maintains customer/competitor profiles.
• Travels locally to promote services.
• Supports intake and patient care staff to ensure communication with referral sources.
• Provides counsel on community needs and program development.
• Promotes high-quality care and compliance with laws.
