Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care Llc is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to develop business partnerships and lead referral growth across a defined territory in the Las Vegas area. You will call on physicians, facilities, and community agencies to promote hospice programs while upholding quality end‑of‑life care standards.

The role requires building relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, and coordinating with intake and care teams to ensure timely communication and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in hospice sales or a related industry with a proven record of achieving incremental growth.
• Skills: Establishing and maintaining professional and effective relationships with internal and external teams.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft programs for internal and external communications, presentations, database tracking/reporting, and spreadsheet applications.
• Proficiency in using a CRM solution is preferred, and excellent oral communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develops business partnerships by making effective sales contacts, calls, and presentations.
• Grow and promote hospice programs and services while maintaining quality end‑of‑life care standards.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, facilities, discharge planners, and community agencies.
• Develop territory plans to achieve growth goals and implement strategies.
• Maintain professional knowledge of provider services and communicate new products and programs.
• Meet with patients and families to discuss home care services and manage expectations.
