Job summary

Louisiana Hospice and Palliative Care, a part of LHC Group within the Optum family, seeks an Account Executive to expand market share by developing referral relationships and educating the medical community about home health and hospice services.

You will manage outreach to referral sources, coordinate sales activities, and deliver customized solutions while aligning with budget targets and growth plans within UnitedHealth Group.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle access or reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts per referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and generate new/continued referrals.
• Expand awareness of solutions within the healthcare community and referrals network.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients/families, and agencies.
