UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by developing referral-source relationships and educating the medical community on hospice services. The role focuses on sales execution within a defined budget and collaboration with care teams to expand access to services.

Responsibilities include building partnerships with referral sources, documenting sales activities, and delivering customized solutions while navigating healthcare coverage considerations.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and reliable vehicle or public transit access.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and CRM software.
• 2+ years of successful home health or hospice sales experience.
• Understanding of home health or hospice coverage issues.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to drive growth.
• Implement, manage, and document consistent sales activities with multiple contacts in each referral source.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and earn new/continued referrals.
• Expand awareness of our solutions within the healthcare community.
• Serve as a liaison between referral sources, patients and families, and our agencies.
