Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth by developing referral sources for home health and hospice services. You will educate the medical community on services, manage a defined budget, and serve as the frontline customer contact for providers and agencies.

You will build relationships with hospitals, physicians, and referral sources, presenting solutions and coordinating education and information sessions while documenting activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Ability to present, negotiate and build relationships with referral sources.
• Proficient computer skills including Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources to increase referrals.
• Execute sales activities with multiple contacts per source and document them.
• Understand customer needs to provide customized solutions and referrals.
• Expand community awareness of services and solutions.
• Serve as liaison between referral sources, patients, families and agencies.
