Job summary

Caretenders Hospice, a part of LHC Group and the Optum family, seeks an Account Executive to drive sales growth and educate the medical community about our home health and hospice services.

You will build relationships with referral sources, manage activities across contacts, and serve as a liaison among referrals, patients and agencies, with a performance-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's License and vehicle access or reliable transport.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Solid computer skills with Outlook and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with target referral sources.
• Manage and document sales activities with multiple contacts.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Expand service awareness among the healthcare community.
• Act as liaison between referral sources, patients, families, and agencies.
