Job summary

Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME is seeking an experienced RN to provide skilled nursing in patients' homes under a physician’s plan of care. You will develop care plans with measurable outcomes in collaboration with patients and families.

You’ll educate patients on rights and options, assess holistic health needs, and manage pain and symptoms with demonstrated clinical competency. This role offers flexible scheduling and a 36-hour paid week for 30 hours worked.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the State of Maine.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience.
• CPR certification required.
• A reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services in the patient’s home under a physician’s plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with measurable outcomes in collaboration with patient/family.
• Educate and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities in the plan of care.
• Assess holistic health care needs; demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
