Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking an RN for the Lewiston area to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician-directed plans of care. This full-time position supports weekend shifts with 36-hour weeks and offers a flexible, patient-centered care approach.

You will develop care plans with measurable outcomes, educate patients and families, assess holistic health needs, and manage pain control and symptoms.

Qualifications

• Current R.N. license in the State of Maine.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
• Current CPR card required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
• A reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician's plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
• Provide education and promote patient's rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
• Assess and identify the patient's holistic health care needs.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
• Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
