Andwell Health Partners in Lewiston, ME seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing services in patients' homes under a physician's plan of care. You will develop care plans and educate patients and families.

This role offers flexible scheduling, 30 hours of field work weekly with 36 hours paid, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, education reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in the State of Maine.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
• A reliable car with insurance.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.

Aufgaben

• Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
• Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
• Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
• Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.
• Work 30 hours per week and get paid for 36 hours per week!
