Job summary

Andwell Health Partners is seeking a Weekend RN to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their own homes within Augusta, ME. You’ll work under a physician’s plan of care with a focus on compassionate, in-home health services.

You’ll develop care plans, educate patients and families, and assess holistic health needs. The role emphasizes autonomy, with 30 hours per week and compensation for 36 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Maine.
• ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to the patient in their own home under the direction of a physician’s plan of care.
• Develop plans of care with realistic/measurable outcomes in collaboration with the patient/family.
• Provide education and promote patient’s rights and responsibilities for informed decision making in the plan of care.
• Assess and identify the patient’s holistic health care needs.
• Demonstrate competency in assessment and technical skills.
• Possess and utilize knowledge of pain control & symptom management.

Education

RN License in Maine

ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged
